Five Ways to Increase Profits from Your Vision Board Party

At my very first vision board party, I walked away with $200 in profit. It wasn't much, but it was enough to know what I could make vision board parties profitable and sustainable over the long term.

The most obvious way to make money from vision board parties is ticket sales. People will pay to attend your event, just as they would any other coaching event, retreat, or women empowerment summit.

You have value to add to people's lives, and the people who want a real change will be happy to pay for your expertise and guidance through their darkest moments.

As I hosted more vision board events over time, I learned that there were many other ways to increase my income from vision board events. Today, we'll dive into each one.

5 Ways to Increase Vision Board party Income

Sponsorships

As the host, you will have to pay a lot of the upfront costs to host your event. You'll buy the space, décor, food, and any costs associated with activities. It's possible to find sponsors that can alleviate some of these costs in exchange for access to your audience.

For example, a local business might want to sponsor the food for your event in exchange for promotion to your guests.

At our first event, we had a local business sponsor both food and beverage, so we did not have to pay for those items out of pocket.

Vending Spaces

Small businesses are often looking to promote their business to a live audience. Therefore, selling vendor spaces can be another opportunity to increase your event revenues.

Finding businesses that align with the purpose of your event can bring in an additional income stream without taking away from your guest's experience.

Advertising

Because you'll have a lot of people from a specific demographic in the same space, there might be local businesses, communities, or causes that want to reach this same audience.

You can sell advertising space in your promotional emails, social media spots, or at the event itself.

Books and Merchandise

If you have merchandise or books to sell, you can have a table that shares your own products and services with your audience.

This is an excellent option because you already have everything you need to make this happen. Also, this is a "warm" audience. That means your attendees already know, like, and trust you to buy a ticket to your event, the lower-priced offer will be an easy sell.

Upsell to higher ticket offers

I tell the students in my Sold Out Vision Board Parties program to look at every event as an opportunity to land a paid speaking engagement. This is because all of the people in your audience might know of an upcoming event that you'd be perfect for.

Your audience might also be interested in hearing about any high ticket courses or coaching programs after hearing you speak and working through your activities. If your audience realizes a life shift, don't be surprised if they want to invest with you even more!

Be creative when thinking of ways to increase the income you make from your vision board event. There are many ways beyond selling tickets that you can create a professional vision board party experience with your guests.

Are there any other ways you can think of to add additional income to your vision board event?
